The 7 Simple Steps
1. Make the decision everyday on something simple that you can and will do to transform your life
Certainly you can do something simple to transform your life to be more whole and complete. It can be anything but you just need to do it. If it is to become healthy you can simply take a walk for 30 minutes. What is most important here is that you take action and do it.
2. Make the decision everyday on something that is not necessary in your life that you can and will stop doing
Consciously identify something in your life that you are better off without. Choose one small specific thing that you will not do anymore, no matter what.
3. Change the thermostat of your life above the status quo
Invest your time in something that you can change within you. Take a look at where you are setting the thermostat of your life. If It is always set at 75 then you will always get an average life. You have control over your thermostat. It doesn’t always have to be set to 75. You switch it up by doing small simple things.
4. Remember you are only here but for a moment
You are mortal and time is passing by. Do not waste time being angry, depressed or stressed out. Celebrate and be joyful every single day given and be grateful for everything. You are only here for a moment and then gone. Keep this at the top of your mind.
5. Choose to live wisely within
Is it wise to be more loving or more hateful? Peaceful or stressful? Create this environment within you and your life will be more complete and whole in every area of your life. Don’t do it for someone else. Do it for you. When you exist this way for yourself, others around you will see your life as beautiful. The quality of your life is determined by your inner self not by external things you add to your life.
6. See everything just the way it is
All of creation is made for you to see it the way it is, not to make it the way you want to make it. All of creation just is. All of life just is. You place your judgment and opinion on it and consider it good or bad. Then you attach yourself to what you consider good and you avoid what you consider bad and this then rules the rest of your life.
7. Live adventurously and free
Do not attach yourself to a lesser life lived. You can choose to be loving, blissful and joyful. Freedom is in non attachment. Life is an adventure when you experience wholeness and completeness within. Let go of the outward things you cannot change and bring your focus on what you can control and change with your being.
